2014 Jr. Regatta & Great Day

Join Park City Sailing for the 2014 Jr. Regatta & Great Day. Wrap up the summer sailing season with some racing and fun. REGISTRATION BELOW!

Two Ways to Participate:

1) Jr. Regatta & Great Day ($90) - Space is LIMITED. Perfect for kids that have participated in Opti II or Opti III, 420 I or 420 II - NO racing experience required. Kids that have participated in Opti I may be eligible to race with coach recommendation.

Monday & Tuesday, August 11-12 1-4pm at the PWC Ramp Pre-race chalk talks (learn the rules) Racing (coached) Post-race chalk talks & snacks

Wednesday, August 13th 1-5pm at the PWC Ramp, BBQ & Annual Awards start at 5pm Details below

2) Great Day & Annual Awards Only ($30) - Every Jr. Sailor that has sailed with Park City Sailing is invited. Included for kids participating in the Jr. Regatta.

Wednesday, August 13th 1-5pm at the PWC Ramp BBQ & Annual Awards start at 5pm Activities include:

    • The "DAM" Race - Crazy race to the dam and back. Includes teams, fun prizes, crazy course, team hurdles including knot tying, facepainting, more. FUN & FUNNY!
    • Games & Activities - Balloon Toss, Greased Watermelon, Captain Says ..., and more
    • 5pm BBQ & Season Awards (Parents urged & invited to join)
      • Burgers, hot dogs, drinks & snacks - yumm
      • Jr. Regatta Awards (Opti & 420's)
      • Annual Awards (Sportsmanship, Seamanship, Most Improved, Best Burgee, more, ...)
