Adult Sailing Lessons
The Park City Sailing Association is pleased to offer an Adult Learn-To-Sail program. Our Learn-To-Sail Curriculum is based on U.S. Sailing basic keelboat standards. Once sailors are able to pass a skipper’s test, they can sign-up to get access to Park City Sailing’s fleet of J22’s and Rhodes 19’s.
Most lessons are taught in J22 and Rhodes 19 sailboats. 15% discount is available to Park City Sailing Members.
Group lessons begin May 20th and run Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. There are 8 spots available per lesson and a maximum of 4 students per boat. Lessons are sold in quantities of 4-lesson packages, taught consecutively. Students may choose to take lessons twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays, thus completing their 4-pack of lessons in 2 weeks. Students may also take lessons once a week on Mondays OR Wednesdays, thus completing their 4-pack in 4 weeks. One make up lesson per 4-pack may be scheduled with Program Director at our discretion. Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days in advance to qualify for a make up lesson.

If you are looking for a new activity, PC Sailing offers fun oriented sailing adventures on the Jordanelle Reservoir. Our certified skippers can take individuals, groups and families for multi-hour sails on our fleet of boats. We can arrange everything from a family picnic sail, a sunset sail or a cruise to a quiet cove for a swim.
Sailing is a safe, fun and exciting sport that is an ideal way to spend a few hours enjoying the pristine beauty of a high mountain body of water, that is surrounded by ski trails and snow-capped peaks. Simply sit and enjoy the sail or your certified skipper can show you or your crew how to sail the boat together.
$85 per hour with each additional student $15 per hour
Lessons are a minimum of 2 hours.
We reserve the right to change or cancel a lesson at any time. In the event of extreme weather, the lesson will be rescheduled. For group lessons, typically 3 people must be signed up for a class to go forward
Once you have registered for a lesson, one of our staff will contact you for scheduling
